How long does my order take to ship?

We strive to process and ship all orders within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that production times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to high order volume, but we always aim to get your items out as quickly as possible.

If you need your order by a specific date or require expedited processing, please contact us directly before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

We currently only ship to the continental United States

What is your return policy? 

We take pride in bringing your unique vision to life with every custom order! Because each item is made-to-order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom clothing unless there is a defect or error on our part.

We want you to love your order. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your request promptly and work with you to resolve the problem—whether that means a replacement or a refund.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for issues related to sizing errors made by the customer, so please double-check your size and design selections before placing your order.

  • All sales are final once an order has been approved and processed.

Shipping costs:

  • If a return or replacement is approved due to our error (such as a defect or incorrect item), we will cover all associated shipping costs.
